Candidates and Consultants

In the case of candidates and consultants, Perform may disclose your information to potential employers, to Perform clients who may which to engage you in temporary or contract positions, to your nominated referees, to staff and suppliers of Perform who need that information to support you in your application, and to bodies such as Workers Compensation or the Australian Taxation Office as required by law.

Clients

In the case of clients, Perform may disclose your information to potential employees, to staff and suppliers of Perform who need that information to support the provision of agreed services to you, and to bodies such as Workers Compensation or the Australian Taxation Office as required by law.
Perform will seek your consent to use and disclose your information. If you do not provide us with this consent we may be limited in our ability to provide you with our services.
